St Bonaventure’s Business Centre was officially opened in October 2017 and Bristol Spaceworks are now managing the Centre.

The Business Centre is set on the site of a former event space and social club, which had fallen into disrepair. Following a crowdfunding appeal led by Parish Priest, Fr. Tom Smith, the goodwill of the parishioners financed the refurbishment and construction of a modern and well-equipped Business Centre.

Bristol Spaceworks was asked to run the Business Centre, due to our reputation for providing well-managed workspace in the heart of the community. Furthermore, as a not for profit business with a social conscience, St Bon’s felt their new site would be in good hands.

The centre has 7 fully furnished, purpose-built offices ranging from 156 – 320 sq ft, as well as a kitchenette and break-out area. In addition, the site offers its licensees a well-equipped meeting room which is free to use, as well as modern telephone handsets and high-speed broadband.

The area of Bishopston is a stone’s throw from Bristol’s much loved Gloucester Road, which is home to a fantastic selection of independent shops and eateries. The site itself has good transport links to the City Centre and M32, and there is both on-site parking and bike racks available. Access to the site is 24/7.
