The Old Schoolhouse was a former school, orphanage and church in an area of Barton Hill close to Church Road and Lawrence Hill roundabout. It is surprisingly close to the city centre and has good transport links but in a quiet area where on street parking is not restricted. The current accommodation offers between 20 – 22 office units ranging in size from 124 sq ft to 650 sq ft. It also houses a large and beautifully light complex of artist/creative studio spaces suitable for anyone working with materials and light equipment. The building is supervised and inspected by the Bristol Spaceworks management team on a daily basis.
