An expansive Work Space in one of London’s most charming Georgian squares just a short walk from Victoria Station.
Distinctive by Design
Named as a respectful nod to Thomas Cubbitt, the great Georgian developer, Thomas House combines classical proportions with modern design. Although emulating the surrounding mansions of Eccleston Square, the imposing seven-storey building with a grand façade only dates to the 1980s. TOG enlisted architecture studio SODA to help transform this building into a modern and spacious Work Space.
Rich history
Eccleston Square is one of Pimlico’s most charming addresses and Thomas House takes up an imposing corner block. Although the building itself dates from the 1980s, its Regency style and proportions have been accentuated by SODA’s modern design.
Natural light
The double height ceilings of the main reception and working area means plenty of room for expansive windows, which flood the space with natural light and enliven the subtle Regency colour scheme.
Fitness offer
Thomas House features a lower ground floor gym that is fully equipped with weights, cardio and resistance equipment, meaning that fitting in a workout on your lunch break has never been easier. Join onsite fitness classes, train with a personal trainer or drop into a rooftop yoga class during the warmer months.
Flexible design
Modular seating on the raised platform in the main work space allows members to create their own mode of work, while break-out spaces with OPO guided meditation, and a library, study and focus booths also cater to different types of work.
